Looking for a SharePoint Administrator to become a part of the Tools and Collaboration Team to ensure users are on-boarded and governed effectively.

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring appropriate document standards are enforced across the program including; SharePoint metadata compliance, version management and permission management.



Responsibilities

  • Program SharePoint site administration - front end only
  • Provide SharePoint configuration including augmenting the permissions model and metadata structures as required
  • Troubleshooting SharePoint problems and escalating if required
  • Assist in the development of SharePoint solution development based on user requirements
  • Document tooling processes and provide informal learning sessions for users
  • On-boarding new users into SharePoint, and MS Teams



Mandatory Skills

  • The ability to obtain a baseline security clearance.
  • Minimum one-year SharePoint administration
  • Minimum three years SharePoint user experience
  • Excellent stakeholder management, presentation and communication skills
  • Experience working on similarly large and complex ICT programs of work
