About the role
The Organisational Change and Communications Manager will be required to accelerate the development and implementation of OCM plan and strategy for one of large Transition programs within Digital Solutions.
Responsibilities
- Plan, direct and manage successful delivery of change projects
- Business and stakeholder engagement
- Develop communication plans
- Undertake impact assessments
- Conduct training programs
- Co-ordinate with network of change champions
Skills and experience
- Demonstrated experience as an OCM ideally in a complex portfolio/ program setup
- Communications background preferred
- Ability to undertake stakeholder assessments /impact assessments
- Training needs analysis and change readiness assessments
- High level negotiation skills / time management /organisational skills
- Prior Qld Govt sector experience Preferred NOT Mandatory
- Change management accreditation (PROSCI, CMBoK etc.)
