About the role

  • The program of work is currently progressing multiple engaging ICT application initiatives. This role will aid ongoing application projects at various stages of completion and also participate in upcoming projects like ICT biomedical device replacement and facilities maintenance electronic security replacement.
  • The Project Managers will supervise and handle the execution of intricate projects within ICT change or replacement programs.


Responsibilities

  • Supervise and manage the definition, documentation, and successful completion of large-scale, complex change programs in accordance with our client's project management methodologies.
  • Ensure appropriate project management techniques, methodologies, and tools are used to deliver quality project outcomes, including benefits realization and risk management.
  • Identify project risks and controls, negotiate and implement necessary treatments, and ensure timely escalation when risks threaten project impact.
  • Monitor and control project resources, expenses, and capital costs in alignment with project forecasts.


Skills and experience

  • Demonstrated expertise in successfully delivering large-scale integrated information management (IM), information and communication technology (ICT), and biomedical programs or projects, preferably within the healthcare sector.
  • Proven stakeholder management skills for effective business change, including initiating relationships and influencing key stakeholders.
  • Expertise in PRINCE2 project management methodology and the ability to promote and advise on appropriate project management techniques and tools.
