Our global consulting client is seeking a SATCOM Aggregated Monitoring and Control (AM&C) Project Manager.
This is a long-term contract role with an initial contract duration from 1st July 2024 to 30th June 2025, located at our client's premises in Canberra ACT, Australia 2600.
As the selected candidate, you will:
- Facilitate, coordinate, and liaise with external agencies, industry, and other service providers to provide information and review and update documentation within the AM&C project.
- Support project acquisition, technical support, and other activities necessary for SATCOM OPS.
- Utilize technical background in any ICT discipline to contribute effectively to project activities.
To be successful in this role you should have:
- Technical background in any ICT discipline desirable.
- Knowledge or experience of Defence BAU systems and workflows desirable.
- Knowledge or understanding of the ICT Security Accreditation process desirable.
- SATCOM knowledge or experience desirable.
It is desirable if you have:
- Experience in SATCOM operations or similar field.
- Experience working within Defence or government environments.
Due to security clearance requirements for this role, candidates must be Australian citizens with NV1 clearance.
