You will be a key team member in the preparation, negotiation and review of subcontractor packages, as well as the management of progress claims, variations and RFI's.
To be selected for this role you will have:
- A Degree in Construction Management, Architecture, or Engineering.
- A minimum 3 years' experience within a commercial construction company.
- A positive can-do attitude where you thrive on establishing and maintaining strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
- Excellent attention to detail to ensure the entire construction process demonstrates best practice.
