Peoplebank Canberra currently has on offer a long-term contract opportunity for a Quality Officer (APS 6 equivalent) to join our high-profile Federal Government Department client. The services will include and not be limited to:
- Support the gathering, documentation, testing and analysis of data to assist in providing recommendations for quality improvements related to fraud and compliance matters
- Ensure analysis of quality performance is based upon evidence and best practice guidelines
- Support the management to conduct reviews of compliance processes to ensure they are effective and being consistently applied by all team members
- Contribute to strategic planning, work planning and management reporting of the Branch.
