Our Federal Government Client is seeking multiple Customer Identity & Access Management Engineers (APS5, APS6, and EL1). They are currently seeking talented individuals to fill multiple roles within our Identity and Access Management (IAM) function. As a part of our team, you will play a crucial role in designing, implementing, and optimizing customer identity and access management (CIAM) solutions tailored to our external users.

This is a long-term contract role with an initial contract duration of 12 months, located at our client's offices in various regions with flexible working arrangements.

Position 1: EL1 Senior Customer Identity & Access Management Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the design, implementation, and optimization of a major CIAM project.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to translate project requirements into effective CIAM configurations.
  • Configure and manage CIAM features to align with security standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Optimize CIAM solutions for scalability, performance, and user experience.
  • Prioritize automation and integration efforts to enhance CIAM capabilities.

Essential Criteria:

  • Strong expertise in CIAM solutions design, implementation, and optimization.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience with CIAM products such as Auth0, Okta, ForgeRock, Ping, Akamai, or equivalent.
  • Proficiency in Cloud environments like Azure or AWS.
  • Ability to lead and mentor junior staff.

Position 2: APS6 Customer Identity & Access Management Engineer
Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement and maintain CIAM solutions tailored to external users.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to configure effective CIAM solutions.
  • Optimize CIAM solutions for scalability, performance, and user experience.
  • Develop automations and integrations to enhance CIAM capabilities.

Essential Criteria:

  • Experience in CIAM solutions design, implementation, and maintenance.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Familiarity with CIAM products such as Auth0, Okta, ForgeRock, Ping, Akamai, or equivalent.
  • Proficiency in Cloud environments like Azure or AWS.

Position 3: APS5 Customer Identity & Access Management Associate Engineer
Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the design, implementation, and maintenance of CIAM solutions.
  • Assist in configuring and managing CIAM features.
  • Troubleshoot CIAM-related issues and provide resolution.
  • Contribute to automations and integrations for enhanced CIAM capabilities.

Essential Criteria:

  • Interest in IAM solutions and technologies.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Basic understanding of CIAM concepts.

Due to security clearance requirements for this role, candidates must be Australian citizens with the ability to obtain / maintain /NV1 Security clearance.
