Our Federal Government Client is looking for an APS4 Test Analyst.
- Independently undertake systems and process testing to meet program needs within tight deadlines;
- Support the gathering and refinement of system requirements and acceptance criteria;
- Support platform upgrades;
- Raise test defects, enhancements, and system changes in line with the priority framework which considers business and onboarding requirements;
- Support other team members to develop expertise in the products and processes;
- Engage with business testing stakeholders and maintain stakeholder relationships.
Skills/knowledge:
- Ability to work independently as part of a broader team to deliver time critical tasks.
- Understanding of SDLC and Agile methodology.
- Good communication, collaboration and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Ability to write and execute test scripts, record test evidence, raise test defects and follow escalation procedures.
- Experience with Jira, Xray, Pega, Confirmit, Informatica and ABS Surveys.
The role is on a 6-month non-ongoing, fixed-term contract and the work can be done in either Canberra, Geelong, or Melbourne.
Due to security clearance requirements for this role, candidates must be Australian citizens who can obtain Federal Government Security Clearances.
