Our client is looking for a Senior Change Analyst to join a large transformation project. The ideal candidate will have previous experience working on SAP projects.
Responsibilities will include:
- Conduct change impact assessments, identify risks, and develop mitigation strategies.
- Contribute to and recommend change approach and manage stakeholder consultations.
- Develop and implement outcome-driven change plans
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to develop communication plans, create support materials
- Facilitate and manage integrated change delivery across the business and workstreams,
Essential Skills and Experience:
- 4-5 years' experience as a Change Analyst/ Lead
- Previous experience working on an SAP project will be highly desirable
- Experience and knowledge of change management principles, methodologies and tools including Change and Communications Strategy development
- Experience and understanding of matrixed organisations
- Impact analysis, transition planning, change readiness, change effectiveness
- Training needs analysis, development & delivery
- Communications development & Stakeholder engagement
