You will be the go-to person for troubleshooting and resolving technical issues for both onsite and remote staff in the office and on consturction site locations. This role requires flexibility as you will be working both in the office and on construction sites to support end-users, set up equipment, and ensure smooth and secure operations.

  • Manage help desk requests, ensuring efficient ticket management and timely resolution.
  • Troubleshoot network-related issues, diagnosing and resolving connectivity problems effectively.
  • Install, maintain, and run diagnostic programs to identify and resolve computer-related issues.
  • Manage Active Directory, including user management, reporting, and spam control.
  • Maintain and update anti-virus definitions and ensure device encryption to mitigate security risks.
  • Travel between office locations and construction sites to provide hands-on IT support and setup as needed.

Key Skills & Experience Required

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in an IT support role, preferably in a corporate environment.
  • Strong knowledge and experience in Windows desktop and server support and administration.
  • Proficiency in supporting and managing Microsoft Office 365 suite, especially MS Teams.
  • Experience troubleshooting and supporting Apple devices, including iPhones and iPads.
  • Hands-on experience with application packaging using SCCM and Intune.
  • Familiarity with IT security tools like CrowdStrike, Mimecast, and Fortinet SD-WAN is a plus.
  • Basic understanding of backup and recovery solutions, such as Commvault.
  • Knowledge of virtualization technologies, specifically Citrix, is beneficial.
  • Experience in cloud services would also be an advantage.

Application Requirements
To be considered for this role, you must be an Australian Citizen with a valid driver’s license. This role requires the flexibility to work on-site at various construction locations. If you are passionate about IT support and meet the criteria above, we would love to hear from you!
