Our Client:
Our client has established a dominant presence within the Telecommunications Industry, they are currently seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join on an Initial 6-month contract.
About the role
You would be involved in:
- Participate in attracting and placing the best talent to shape the organisation
- Manage a range of processes including candidate assessments, reviews, checks and the offer process including negotiation aligned to organisation process/policy
- Consult on market and competitor information & communicate recruitment trends & market intelligence
- Articulate processes and policies relating to Recruitment as required
To be successful for the role, you would ideally:
- Have 1-2 years' experience in a technical recruiting background
- Be strong in managing stakeholders at all levels
- Be a strong team player as you will need to partner up with team members and work very closely together to fill a role.
- Have experience recruiting in a complex and large organisation
- Have experience using WorkDay (highly regarded)
