The role:
This pivotal position within the TROC 24x7 team focuses on the proactive management of Operational Technology Events. The role offers the chance to work on a Lifestyle Roster, providing crucial support for Fleet Management Systems (FMS) and other key mining technologies, to minimize operational disruptions.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver Level 2 Support for Fleet Management Systems (FMS) and mining technologies.
- Monitor and manage technology events to ensure system availability.
- Quickly resolve system outages and execute planned work safely.
- Liaise with operational stakeholders and work effectively in a team environment.
Key experience:
- Background in technology, operations, or maintenance.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and team collaboration abilities.
Desirable experience:
- Prior experience in industrial or mining settings.
- Knowledge of ServiceNow, SAP, and mining applications (e.g., FMS Modular, MineStar)
