Our client has a fantastic opportunity for a Systems Administrator - Identity and Access Management to join its IT team. As the Systems Administrator - Identity and Access Management, you will provide technical support for the day to day operations of the Identity and Access Management Services to enable seamless and secure access to systems. This technical support role covers security, maintenance and expert system administration to ensure the efficiency of IT infrastructure software including identity management, directory services and provided SaaS solutions. The ideal candidate with have a Microsoft, Office 365 background.

Essential Skills and Experience

  • Degree in IT or relevant discipline
  • Experience as a Systems Administrator
  • Strong technical proficiency in administration of identity and access management software
  • Experience with Single Sign On
  • Experience with Azure or OKTA is highly desirable
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills and ability to interact with the business
  • Good written and verbal communications skills
  • Experience with contributing to building capability within an area ensuring effective knowledge sharing and coaching
  • Proven skills and experience in problem and incident management in a high-volume environment
