Our high-profile Federal Government Client is currently seeking to engage an experienced SQL Server Database Administrator for a contract opportunity in the Parliamentary Triangle. This is an initial 12-month contract role, with 2 x 12-month extension options.
You will work within a large scale, complex enterprise environment, providing administration support to our Client's current and future Microsoft SQL Server installations. You will be a strong communicator and will utilise these skills liaising and negotiating with team members, management, end users and vendors.
To be successful in this role you will possess:
- Broad experience in managing on-premise MS SQL Server and SQL Azure in large operational environment
- Demonstrated experience in Transact SQL and SSIS
- In-depth experience working in a complex MS Windows Active Directory based server environment.
