About the Company
We are currently recruiting for a Project Administration Officer to work within a department of the Victorian Government.

About the role
The successful candidate will provide project and administrative support to the Academy. Reporting to the Manager, core to this role will be data management and the tracking, monitoring, and reporting of data across various project administration elements. This role will also involve the preparation and updating of various project documents, provision of administration support such as the development of agenda's and minutes for meetings, document preparation, briefing submission and tracking and general status reporting.


  • Coordinate and track requests and progression of briefings, correspondence, reports, documentation, and general approval processes
  • Develop and maintain spreadsheets and databases to analyse data and prepare reports, briefs and correspondence
  • Proactively build and maintain positive relationships and partnerships with external stakeholders including suppliers

Skills and experience

  • Identifies more and less critical activities and operates accordingly, reviewing and adjusting as required
  • Identifies and proposes workable solutions to data related problems
  • Constantly looks for continuous improvement opportunities and ways to innovate, and encourages others to do the same
  • Constructively deals with stakeholder issues
  • Prepares briefs, letters, emails and reports using clear, concise and grammatically correct language
  • Accommodates and works well with the different working styles of others
