This role will see you:
- Work with architects to gain a good understanding of the high level proposed changes
- Identify and engage with representatives of stakeholder groups (ie, groups impacted by the proposed changes)
- Produce a prioritised list of process to be created or updated
- Run workshops with the stakeholder groups to:
- Identify as-is Business Processes
- Work through the process changes and agree on ownership of any new tasks
- Identify any training needs
- Liaise with the Project Manager on estimated completion dates, progress, risks, issues
- Produce the Business Processes documentation
- Obtain sign-off from the stakeholders
Your background, skills and experience:
- Extensive Process Experience
- Substantial Telco experience
- Team player, motivated
- Excellent Stakeholder Management skills
