Our Federal Government Client is seeking an ICT Project Manager.
This is a long-term contract role with an initial contract duration of 3 months, with the potential for a 6-month extension, located at our client's offices in ACT, NSW, and QLD, with flexible working arrangements as per the Australian Digital Health Agency Flexible Work Policy.
As the selected candidate, you will:
- Lead a team responsible for modernizing and simplifying the Agency's software developer journey for connections and conformance.
- Develop and manage relationships with stakeholders and divisions across the business to understand project impacts.
- Collaborate with Product Managers, Directors, and General Managers to align project goals with the strategic vision.
- Manage service contracts associated with the project and ensure alignment with the organization's service delivery processes.
- Monitor resource availability and allocation and efficiently manage governance requirements.
To be successful in this role you should have:
- Experience in healthcare or digital health project and program delivery, with strong problem-solving and negotiating skills.
- Proven experience in software conformance and interoperability projects within a digital health setting, managing third-party and vendor dependencies.
- Leadership skills to drive outcomes and keep project delivery teams focused and motivated.
- Excellent time management skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Proven ability to make appropriate decisions within delegated authority.
- Excellent verbal, written, and presentation communication skills, with the ability to communicate clearly across technology and business teams.
It is desirable if you have:
- 4 years of Project or Program Management experience.
- Project Management Certification or other relevant professional experience.
Due to security clearance requirements for this role, candidates must be Australian citizens with a Baseline security clearance.
