Windows10 Rollout Engineer
- 3 months initial contract with a possibility to extend
- One week of training in Brisbane

About Role:
Seeking a Windows 10 rollout engineer to upgrade the desktop and laptop and offer 1st and 2nd level support to the internal user base. The candidate is required to travel to Brisbane for a week for training purposes.
Responsibilities:
- Supporting and troubleshooting users with Office365 and Windows products
- Performing Software updates as required
- Installing and imaging PC devices in Windows10
- Maintenance of user accounts in Active Directory
- Delivering exceptional technical support
Skill & Capability Requirements:
- Experience in IT support/End User workspace support
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Travel to remote working sites for upgrades
