Responsibilities/ accountabilities in this role:
- Co-ordinate team activities by arranging workshops, training sessions, briefing and other supporting material
- Document Management
- Timely and appropriate processing of user access requests.
- Report development and Production
- Act as a liaison to ensure activities within the project are assigned correctly and completed within the required timeframe.
You will have the following experience to be successful in this role:
- Recent experience working as a system/project co-ordinator/administrator
- Document management, storage, version control
- MS Excel, PowerPoint, Word - Advanced level
- Strong communications and stakeholder engagement skills
- Conflict resolution skills and ability to bring teams together to resolve differences.
