This role sits within the Fund Services division. Your team are experienced industry professionals with backgrounds in Custody, Fund Services, Client Operations and Project related roles. The role is primarily designed to support the operational and project capability for the Fund Services business. This will be done through building a capability to manage the project, resource and data requirements of their clients.
- Ensuring the projects' PMO operates effectively including the timely issuance of meeting notices, agendas, minutes and the effective maintenance of control registers and other artefacts.
- Developing and championing the projects' Requirements and Data Provisioning Framework.
- Ensuring the effective engagement and collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
The role requires a resilient and diligent professional with extensive industry experience and excellent people management and leadership skills.
The role also requires extensive experience in fund administration including subject matter knowledge of front, middle and back-office operations gained in either a custodian, fund administration or investment management firms.
