Senior Oracle HR DevOps Specialist
Our client is an established Australian Company in the financial sector that was founded over 30 years ago. They strive for a safe, collaborative and positive working environment. They are currently recruiting for a Senior Oracle HR DevOps role to provide technical expertise to the business and IT technical team for the Oracle HR system.
The successful candidate will be required to provide support to the Corporate Core division of the organization, developing a deep understanding of the Human Resources software platforms, solutions, and various integration and tools used for IT support structures.
Role Responsibilities
- Provide SME solution to our ASP IT technical team and our HR team
- Work closely with Senior Business, IT and Vendor Leads in managing and coordinating changes
- Support and provide technical mentorship for team's Oracle cloud SME's with a view to ensure consistency and compliancy with IT risk and security controls
- Working closely with vendors to proactively manage software lifecycle activities including patches and updates.
- Works closely with the platform owner/managers to ensure a robust architectural runway that can support future business requirements throughout the product lifecycle.
Skills and experience
- Comprehensive knowledge of Oracle HR cloud systems including integrations, management services, SaaS & PaaS
- DevOps and Agile frameworks
- 5 - 6 years' in IT support role, with technical supervisory experience
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Ability to collaborate with senior managers and communicate ideas in both technical and non-technical language
