This role is a 12 month contract for a Senior Change Manager to join a new customer-focused team. This role will focus on organisational and cultural change.
Responsibilities
Design and execute a change and communications strategy for a large program of work focused on addressing the needs of the population this department serves.
Skills and experience
- experience within a Senior Change Manager position in a large organisation
- experience with organisational and cultural change
- experience in designing change management strategies for delivery of multiple initiatives
- hands-on in documentation development and excellent presentation skills
- excellent stakholder management skills
