The Role:
Well known Insurance group are looking for an experienced Senior Solution Architect. The primary responsibility of this role is delivering end to end solutions, working on simple and large projects. Our client has several project opportunities at the moment, including Payroll platform upgrades, Reinsurance platforms, Long tail Claims (Workers Comp / Liability / Disability) and Digital Platforms (Adobe Analytics, customer data platform, integrations to data platforms).
To be successful in this role you will have extensive experience as a Senior Solution Architect, you will be experienced in scaling up and down and working across multiple projects, experienced in driving work through to completion. Experienced working with the business to translate requirements and working with BAs, Project Managers and Developers to implement the solutions.
Skills and Experience:
- Data system design experience
- Cloudera or Azure Synapse
- Hadoop
- Python
- Cloud experience
- Finance or Insurance domain experience will be viewed as highly desirable
