We offer a Recruitment Consultant the ability to work with some of our senior account managers who offer on the job training This role calls for someone who has energy, passion and a drive for success. Some sales experience and or hospitality is an advantage.
You will provide email support, over the phone and face to face with interviewing, screening, shortlisting and CV formatting. We are looking for someone who wants a career in IT recruitment who has a passion for sales and success.
You will need to be able to demonstrate:
- Experience in the recruitment industry a plus, ideally IT and Technology.
- Your ability to search, shortlist and interview candidates
- Provide CV formatting, phone screening and arranging interviews
- Demonstrated ability to work in a fast paced team enviroment
- Excellent communication, time management and customer service
