The client is a fast growth Telco, with a mission to deliver great customer service, and high-quality low-cost internet services to Australians, especially those in regional areas.

With significant funding and backed by the federal government, they have integrated eight companies over the last 24 months and due to significant growth are looking to hire a new Technical Solution Sales Consultant into the team.

The role is 100% remote, so working from home needs to work for you, though they do have offices in Brisbane, Perth & Sydney if you ever wanted to work from an office.

About the role:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, leading the technical aspects of the account and providing guidance and support.
  • Provide technical telecommunication support to the national sales team.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to understand customer requirements and develop customized solutions.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the benefits and features of the solutions.
  • Engage with prospective clients to identify their business challenges and demonstrate how the solutions can address them effectively.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to provide insights for product development and sales strategies.

About you:

  • Previous experience in similar role within the Telecommunications/Internet Services industry mandatory
  • Have a demonstrated track record of sales achievement, technical competence and customer satisfaction.
  • Have exceptionally strong technical troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  • Have prior experience building technical Proof of Concept
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, adept at building and nurturing relationships with clients and collaborating seamlessly with internal teams

Regular travel is required as part of this role.
