About the role
Our client is searching for a qualified and experienced individual to join their team as a Salesforce Quality Assurance Tester. The Quality Assurance Test Analyst is primarily responsible for working with stakeholders to plan, design and execute test cases to ensure high quality outcomes are delivered.
Skills and experience
- Minimum 4 years overall testing experience and proven experience across the testing lifecycle with solid (minimum 2 years)
- Experience in testing Salesforce service cloud application, Salesforce Classic/Lightning, associated integration, Websites and forms or Salesforce connectors.
- Experience working in an agile environment using SCRUM and/or Kanban methodology
- Experience in test planning, test execution and management of defects and test reports
- Experience in test automation frameworks such as TOSCA and QA Test is preferred but not mandatory
- Develop and implement of inspection activities, the detection and resolution of problems and deliver of satisfactory outcomes.
- Strong background in Salesforce or Cloud application and integration
