About the role:
You will be part of the Salesforce Platform Support Team. You will be working on enhancements, support, optimization, and governance of one of the biggest and complex Salesforce Orgs in Australia.
You will get an opportunity to get hands on to the latest Salesforce products and features. Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, Apttus, Einstein Analytics, MyTrailhead, Shield Event monitoring and Integrations are some of the areas supported by the Platform teams.
You would work closely with developers, architects, BAs, Business stakeholder, 3rd party vendors and middle wares. Scaling up platform for growth, optimizing code base, implementing new code frameworks and reducing tech debt will be your main areas of focus.
There are multiple contract positions available for Salesforce developers. Contracts will be until the end of 2024 with a potential to extend.
Key Responsibilities:
- Incident and Problem management
- Refactor code to improve platform performance
- Peer review GIT pull requests
- Build design frameworks
- Analyse and implement new 3rd party technology solutions within Salesforce ecosystem
- Identify risks and areas of efficiency gains within the Salesforce platform
Skills and Experience:
- 5 years + salesforce development experience with application support and platform performance improvement experience being beneficial
- Experiecne with CLM/CPQ application like APTTUS would be a great advantage
- Proficient devOps skills to deploy salesforce changes
