We are seeking an experienced Solution Architect with extensive Integration CRM experience.

This role will provide technology and workstream leadership in the Integration domain across internal and external teams to support the successful planning, execution, and completion of this high profile transformation program.

Your role will be critical in ensuring that the Integration platform is well established, onboarding key business applications, and establishing key integration standards, patterns and catalogues that enable us to accelerate our integration capability.

This is an initial 12 month fixed term engagement. Our client is located in South Melbourne and the successful candidate will be required to work onsite 2 days a week.

About you:

  • 10+ years demonstrated experience in delivering business-outcome focused solution architecture engagements
  • Experience of delivering solution architecture within large complex Transformation programmes
  • Previous experience with CRM integrations, ideally Sales Force
  • Previous experience of working with Mulesoft
  • Experience in defining and delivering sound, contemporary and pragmatic approaches for technology areas, inclusive of strategic direction, current state assessments, target blueprints and roadmaps
  • Demonstrated ability to engage, influence and negotiate program alignment to the strategic direction for the domain, particularly contributing to sound successful program establishment phases, where delivery approach, estimations, resource identification and risk mitigation are addressed
  • Demonstrated experience within the domain, of realising solution architecture designs to successful solution delivery and operations, across waterfall and agile delivery methodologies
  • Familiarity with basic graphical modelling approaches, tools and repositories
  • Knowledge of contemporary integration approaches (e.g. SOA, APIs, open data, micro services) and event-based architectures
  • Demonstrated experience of contributing valuable and reusable architectural assets and knowledge
  • Proven ability to design and facilitate workshops with business and technology stakeholders to support architectural efforts

  • Previous experience working with REIT organisations
