As a successful candidate, you will be:
- Responsible for the deliverables of effective leadership and management of multiple small-medium ICT projects
- Ensures that the project is delivered on time, to budget and to the quality standard within agreed specifications.
- Also responsible for managing the work of various resources, allocating and utilizing resources in an efficient manner
- Providing project administrative support to the Project Manager in larger cross-functional projects/programs which includes setting up and managing support functions covering planning, tracking, reporting, quality management and communication.
To be successful in this role you should have:
- At least 2 years of project management experience
- Demonstrated analytical planning and forward thinking with the ability to conceptualise and create alternatives
- Demonstrated leadership skills through influencing and relationship building
- Good administrative skills, coupled with a general understanding of the program life cycle, project documentation, project standards, tools and methodologies
It is desirable if you have:
- Tertiary qualified (University Degree/Diploma) or relevant business/technical qualifications
- ICT or Telecommunications industry experience
- Project management certification - CAPM, PMP, PRINCE2, Agile
