Our IT Consulting Client is seeking a skilled Product Manager.
This is for a long-term contract of 12 Months plus 12 Months Extension Option. This is located at our Client's Canberra location.
As the selected candidate, you will be:
- Own the vision and roadmap for the new trademark embed product
- Develop and help to inform the designs of new features and enhancements
- Engage with various stakeholders and manage product portfolio risks/dependencies
- Champion the MVP concept, distilling the product down to what is desirable, viable and feasible
- Launch customer-centric experiences and delightful features to drive significant mass product adoption and find product / market fit
- Lead end-to-end product delivery, working with partnership manager, UX/UI designer and Data Scientists to define requirements, and write user stories
- Establish Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to track validation of product/market fit and iterate strategy based on market learnings
- Gather and manage product feedback through surveys, concept testing, analytics tools, and A/B testing
- Recommend modifications to product features and marketing approaches to improve results
- Plan and manage product spend against wider business budget constraints e.g. when making build versus buy decisions
To be successful in this role you should have:
- Demonstrated experience with digital products, web technology as well as insight into emerging technology (e.g. AI, ML)
- Demonstrated experience in engaging customers with a user experience (UX)
- Demonstrated experience with launching high quality products and/or product enhancements (referenced with clear KPIs)
Due to security clearance requirements for this role, candidates must be Australian citizens who have the ability to obtain Federal Government Security Clearances.
