Job Description

Operational Change Management Subject Matter Experts will Modernise the Infrastructure and Operations Divisions Operating Model, Implementing a Workforce Plan and supporting the implementation of key priorities across all branches for 2022. Evaluate change activities within an organisation to support business transformation. Lead a multi-disciplinary team to assess change impacts, develop risk mitigation and change management plans, communicate change processes and support the division to implement the change.

Responsibilities

  • Support the IaO Senior leadership team in designing a comprehensive Change
  • Management and Communication plan, processes and linkages.
  • Understand the change ambition within the IaO division, identify gaps and challenges.
  • Lead Organisational Change and Communication
  • Develop and Implement a comprehensive Organisational Change Management roadmap
  • Identify and analyse complex business challenges and develop a strategic approach
  • Provide expert advice on the development of impact assessments and change management
  • Plans that align with the agency's change management approach.
  • Support the coordination of change management activities in conjunction with other teams
  • Contribute to the development of people-centred change capability within the agency

Required Skills & Experience

  • Proven experience in supporting senior executive with implementing / modernising a divisional operating model
  • Proven recent experience in implementing a new divisional operating model and Organisational Change Management engagements in a similar sized organisation.
  • Proven experience in developing comprehensive Organisational Change Management artefacts.
  • Proven experience in leading organisational change initiatives in similar scale organisation.
  • Proven ability and recent experience in leading the implementation of a new divisional operating model and Organisational Change Management engagements in a similar sized organisation.
  • Demonstrated ability to provide appropriately skilled resources in a timely manner.
  • Demonstrated experience in developing and implementing comprehensive
  • Organisational Change Management artefacts.
