A well established Retail Head Office located in the Eastern Suburbs, is looking for a Level 2-3 Service Desk Analyst with Sys Admin experience to join their team.

Ideally you will have:

  • Sound knowledge of technology to support business and delivery of role
  • Demonstrated experience with Service Desk work flow tools, Windows technologies
  • Experience and interest in BI tools/Data Modelling tools in particular Power BI
  • Customer service experience
  • Experience support Retail Operations: POS, Email. hardware, software, networking
  • Level 2 or 3 Troubleshooting
  • Some on site store visits may be required
  • Rotating roster - 8am-8pm (1 week on late, 2 weeks off)
  • Team Lead experience advantageous
  • Desirable: Mandarin speaking (not mandatory)
  • Relevant tertiary qualification in the area of Information Technology or an appropriate business discipline
