Jira Support Specialist

  • Initial 3 - 4 month contract in the Perth CBD
  • Requires Jira configuration & support
  • Must have Office 365 & Windows 10

A highly reputed organization in the Perth CBD is seeking a Jira Support Specialist with previous experience using and configuring Jira Service Desk software and also ideally possessing ICT support experience within Microsoft 365 and Windows 10 environments. This is an initial 3 - 4 month contract required to start in 1 - 2 weeks' time.

Please note: this role is primarily based in the Perth CBD but travel to other metro sites may be required at times.

Key skills:

  • Strong, recent experience in an ICT support position with previous experience using & configuring JIRA Service Desk software;
  • Proven experience supporting Windows 10 & Office 365 environments;
  • Excellent communication and client support skills;
  • Ability to support stakeholders of all levels;
  • Out of hours support may be required at times (standard hours are 8:00- 5:00pm)
  • Any experience using Microsoft SCCM to build & deploy Windows based devices would be beneficial.
