About the role
Seeking an IT Service Management Specialist with strong incident management (ITIL / ITSM) background for one of our mining sector clients based in Brisbane

Responsibilities

  • Assisting to uplift communications particularly around major incidents
  • Define, develop and report Customer feedback highlighting issues and wins
  • Establish a process to manage consistent customer survey feedback within the team
  • Support the Service Transition to Support / Operations

Skills and experience

  • Strong ITIL background / Certification
  • IT Service Management practices, processes and tools
  • Experience in Critical incident /change / problem management
  • Exposure to different communication channels and uses
  • Industry practices in relation to communications, customer satisfaction management and service transition
  • Experience working in a SIAM / ServiceNow
  • Experience working in a complex, multi-provider environment
