About the role
Seeking an IT Service Management Specialist with strong incident management (ITIL / ITSM) background for one of our mining sector clients based in Brisbane
Responsibilities
- Assisting to uplift communications particularly around major incidents
- Define, develop and report Customer feedback highlighting issues and wins
- Establish a process to manage consistent customer survey feedback within the team
- Support the Service Transition to Support / Operations
Skills and experience
- Strong ITIL background / Certification
- IT Service Management practices, processes and tools
- Experience in Critical incident /change / problem management
- Exposure to different communication channels and uses
- Industry practices in relation to communications, customer satisfaction management and service transition
- Experience working in a SIAM / ServiceNow
- Experience working in a complex, multi-provider environment
