Due to continued and exciting growth, we are seeking an IT Account Manager/360 Recruitment consultant to join the team.
About the role
This is a permanent full time role that revolves around building relationships with clients and working recruitment assignments. Then managing the process for successful placement of candidates whilst maintaining custmomer care.
Responsibilities
- Account Management - building relationships with internal managers
- Account planning and growth
- Market and account mapping
- Sales planning
- Working with sourcing specialists
Skills and experience
The successful person will be a natural high achiever and super self-motivated. You will have experience in IT Account Management and have a growth mindset. The successful person will have unrivalled support from management and the team and also have the tools to be successful. You will also immediately be given great accounts to manage.
Salary
The successful applicant can expect to receive a salary between $85 - 95k + Super, plus a highly competitive commission structure.
