The Role
Our client is seeking a Level 1 IT Support Analyst to join the IT Services team to Provide technical support across the userbase. The successful candidate will be someone who possesses a Can-do attitude with a strong customer focus alongside a passion and enthusiasm for technology and innovation
Key Skills and Responsibilities
- preparing laptops
- installation of software,
- moving of equipment,
- Troubleshooting tickets
- general level 1 helpdesk support
- Adobe Creative Suite experience
- A 'can-do' attitude and willingness to learn
- A proactive and supportive approach to customer service
- Excellent communication skills
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 and Microsoft Windows 10
