Peoplebank are recruiting for multiple IT Helpdesk / ICT Service Desk Analysts to work in the Adelaide CBD on a 6-month contract, starting in February 2022
Responsibilities
- Supporting a wide range of internal employees with their ICT needs
- Responded to User queries, via phone, email and messaging.
- Use you excellent troubleshooting skills, to enable you to have a strong focus on first call resolution.
- Use your excellent communication skills to keep Users up to date with the resolution of their problems.
- Escalate problems as needed to 2/3rdlevel support
Skills and Experience Required
- 1+ year of prior work experience in IT Service Desk / Helpdesk is mandatory
- Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work between the hours of 7am and 7pm (7.5 hours per day on a rotating shift pattern), Monday to Friday (no weekend work)
- Prior experience working in a ITIL (or similar) environment
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- National police Clearance needed prior to commencement
