About the role
Technical Business Analyst opportunity to work within a customer experience management program at a utility company in Brisbane.
Skills and experience
- Strong experience defining business process models and information/data models ('as is' and 'to be' )
- Strong expertise converting business requirements into functional specifications
- Experience in a Business Analysis role in large, complex environments
- Ability to engage with technical SMEs, business stakeholders and vendors
- Experience in gathering business and technical data migration requirements
- Customer Information Systems/ Meter Data Management systems/ Billing Systems experience nice to have
- Utility sector experience required
