Dynamics 365/SharePoint Administrator

About the Company

Our client is a leading WA industry leader working on several exciting upgrade projects.

Duties & responsibilities

  • Monitor and maintain the SharePoint online and on premises environment
  • Work on the Dynamics 365 platform, including daily checks, investigating issues and triage incidents
  • Provide 2nd and 3rd level technical support for SharePoint and Dynamics users
  • Identify and resolve usability issues across SharePoint on premises and SharePoint Online
  • Apply modifications, improvements and installations on SharePoint portals and sites
  • Develop Work flows, PowerApps and monthly reporting on Dynamics and SharePoint usage
  • Assist with site design, documentation and requirements gathering

Skills & experience

  • Demonstrated hands on experience with SharePoint 2016 and SharePoint Online
  • Strong understanding of Microsoft Dynamics 365
  • A team player with excellent communication skills and high level of flexibility
  • Automation skills is highly desirable
