Dynamics 365/SharePoint Administrator

About the Company
Our client is a leading WA industry leader working on several exciting upgrade projects.
Duties & responsibilities
- Monitor and maintain the SharePoint online and on premises environment
- Work on the Dynamics 365 platform, including daily checks, investigating issues and triage incidents
- Provide 2nd and 3rd level technical support for SharePoint and Dynamics users
- Identify and resolve usability issues across SharePoint on premises and SharePoint Online
- Apply modifications, improvements and installations on SharePoint portals and sites
- Develop Work flows, PowerApps and monthly reporting on Dynamics and SharePoint usage
- Assist with site design, documentation and requirements gathering
Skills & experience
- Demonstrated hands on experience with SharePoint 2016 and SharePoint Online
- Strong understanding of Microsoft Dynamics 365
- A team player with excellent communication skills and high level of flexibility
- Automation skills is highly desirable
