Peoplebank Canberra currently has on offer a long-term contract opportunity for a Director, ICT Service Operations to join our high-profile Federal Government Department client. The services will include and not be limited to:
- End to end service delivery and engagement for ICT 'business as usual' services from service planning through to incident response;
- Manage operational and performance reporting and monitoring for Organization's ICT Services;
- Manage and coordinate business and technical change management activities;
- Create and execute work plans and timelines and revise as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements.
