Large IT Consultancy is looking for a Level 2 Desktop Support person for an initial 2 months contract with a view to extend.
The following skills and experience is required.
- Clearly spoken and written English
- Needs to be proactive - not just task driven but can work and plan tasks independently
- Able to work between the two sites in Melbourne
- Have Windows 10 experience supporting large number of users
- Have Active Directory and SCCM experience
- Understand how to talk to different people and how to resolve issues without being too intrusive
- Monday to Friday business hours with OT when required.
- Able to work weekends if asked
- Min 3 years experience
The role requires excellent customer service skills so excellent communication skills is essential. ASAP start.
