Our client is seeking the services of a Junior Delivery Manager to provide leadership and direction of innovatice and strategic qualitiative analysis for broduct and business enablers in projects with up to $1million of budget. This role could be suitable for Project Coordinators, Technical BAs, Junior Product or Project Managers with some managerial experience.
About the role
This role plays an integral part in guiding a cross-functional team. The incumbent must manage end-to-end product lifecycles to ensure focus on business objectives with maximum value that are aligned with product strategy. Stakeholder management skills is a must, along with a deep understanding of agile principles and up-to-date knowlege of technology.
Responsibilities
- requirement gathering, solution design, development, testing and technology workshops
- evaluation of technology policy and framework decisions
- provide technical advice
- provide cost estimate, analysis, process guidelines, process mapping, technical architecture, solution designs, test specifications and implmentation support
- support delivery of all key milestones and product outcomes within scope, on time, on budget and to expected standards
Skills and experience
- proven experience using Agile practices and frameworks to support/ensure the delivery of products and the achievement of outsomes and benefits
- experience engaging stakeholders at all levels
- proven experience in planning and managing the delivery of approved products
