Program Manager
- 12 months contract role with a government client
- Based in Perth CBD
- Experience in successful delivery of assigned programs/projects as per schedule
We are looking for a Program Manager for a 12-month contract role with our government client.
This role will primarily be part of the team working on the Department's Program to implement contemporary, fit-for-purpose technology as they transform the way they regulate health and safety.
Responsibilities:
- Provide leadership and ensure alignment and cohesion of the Program team.
- Manage, guide, and collaborate with the Program team throughout the various activities and stages of the program.
- Support engagement with internal and external stakeholders.
- Prepare, maintain, and manage program budget and financial reports.
- Provide program and project updates to the Program Board and senior executives, and to external agencies when required.
- Prepare and maintain program plans and artifacts including program roadmap and timeline, monthly program status reports, resource plans, business cases and/or addendums, associated schedules, budgets, risk/issue log and scope.
Skills:
- Experience in the planning, management and implementation of large-scale business transformation programs.
- Experience in stakeholder management and communication skills to manage differing audiences and competing interests.
- Experience in leading a team and complex technology implementation programs.
