The role:

As a .NET Tech Lead, you will play a crucial role in guiding the team, delivering technical solutions, and providing mentorship to junior members.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical solutions and guidance to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
  • Conduct code reviews, enforce coding standards, and promote best practices.
  • Monitor project progress, identify risks, and proactively mitigate issues.

Key experience:

  • Proficiency in .NET framework, ASP.NET, C#, and related technologies.
  • Expertise in designing and implementing solutions on the Azure cloud platform.
  • Extensive knowledge of cloud-native architecture patterns, microservices, and containerization.
  • Hands-on experience with DevOps tools such as Azure DevOps, Git, Jenkins, etc.

Desirable experience:

  • Familiarity with mobile development frameworks such as Xamarin or .NET MAUI.
  • Deep understanding of Oracle Database management.
  • Azure certifications such as Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert.
