Responsibilities
Define project scope, objectives and deliverables
Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, budgets and risk registers
Monitor and report on project progress, issues and performance
Manage project resources, including staff, contractors, vendors and equipment
Oversee utilisation and resources across projects
Co-ordinate all Projects and their inter-dependencies
Monitor and assign resources
Establish and maintain strong relationships with project stakeholders
Provide regular project status updates and reports to executive leadership and other relevant parties
Skills and experience required
Knowledge and experience utilising project methodologies such as PMP
Experience with project planning
Experience with project management tools including Power Bi and MS Project
Ability to function successfully in a constantly changing environment
Ability to manage multiple, competing, priorities
Ability to coordinate work across multiple teams
Ability to communicate with multiple senior stakeholders
Salary $65K -$75K + super
