Our client, a rapidly growing software vendor, is looking for a Customer Success Manager to join their team permanently. Reporting into the general manager, the Customer Success Manager will work closely with client CIO's/Heads of IT/IT Managers to provide unique solutions to fit their business needs and guide platform implementation.
Responsibilities include:
- Work with clients to progress deployments in a phased implementation with a hands-on training approach for customers
- Manage project scope, schedules, and budgets
- Promote best practices with clients
- Clearly define customer functional requirements and business requirements
- Design clever solutions to maximize product feature adoption and minimize customization
- Manage resources to implement larger projects
- Write user stories and custom requirements
- Validate system configuration and ensure data accuracy
- Generate ideas/provide input for new product features
- Some interstate travel will be required
The ideal candidate will have:
- Experience managing clients and software (-as a service) implementation projects
- Work on multiple projects simultaneously
- Ability to prioritize and time manage strict deadlines
- Strong senior stakeholder management skills, facilitate workshops, gather and define requirements
- Ability to work in somewhat ambiguous environment
- Domain knowledge in HR/WFM/Finance/Sales Ops systems
- Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills
- Knowledge of cloud technologies and tools
