Our client, a rapidly growing software vendor, is looking for a Customer Success Manager to join their team permanently. Reporting into the general manager, the Customer Success Manager will work closely with client CIO's/Heads of IT/IT Managers to provide unique solutions to fit their business needs and guide platform implementation.

Responsibilities include:

  • Work with clients to progress deployments in a phased implementation with a hands-on training approach for customers
  • Manage project scope, schedules, and budgets
  • Promote best practices with clients
  • Clearly define customer functional requirements and business requirements
  • Design clever solutions to maximize product feature adoption and minimize customization
  • Manage resources to implement larger projects
  • Write user stories and custom requirements
  • Validate system configuration and ensure data accuracy
  • Generate ideas/provide input for new product features
  • Some interstate travel will be required

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Experience managing clients and software (-as a service) implementation projects
  • Work on multiple projects simultaneously
  • Ability to prioritize and time manage strict deadlines
  • Strong senior stakeholder management skills, facilitate workshops, gather and define requirements
  • Ability to work in somewhat ambiguous environment
  • Domain knowledge in HR/WFM/Finance/Sales Ops systems
  • Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills
  • Knowledge of cloud technologies and tools
