We have an exciting opportunity for a proactive and enthusiastic Full Time Customer Care Officer. You will be suitably qualified, self-motivated, and professional to meet our client's requirement from our Brisbane office. This is a Monday to Friday role.
The Position
As a Customer Care Officer, you will enjoy a variety of duties and have outstanding personal and spoken presentations with impressive customer service skills. The primary functions of the role include, but are not limited to:
- Providing high quality frontline customer service and support
- Risk identification and issue resolution
- Training of end users face to face and via video conferencing
- Creating of End User Video and Training Content
- Scheduling of remote hands service and installations as required
- Communication skills to provide remote hands instruction for repairs and replacement
- Building of hardware for end customer deliveries, single and multiple services
- Onboarding of new residents, end to end.
- Identifying system outages and Event Management
Minimum requirements
- 2 years customer call centre or experience
- Criminal record check
- Hold a white card
- High Level Computer Skills, experience in Excel, Word and be familiar with a ticketing system
- Confident interpersonal and communication skills (written & verbal)
- Excellent Customer Service skills
- Compassion and Patience
- Drivers Licence
- Motor Vehicle
Preferable
- Nurse or aged care experience with degree, or studying
- Interest in technology, with degree, or studying
- Call Centre Experience
- Face to Face Customer Experience
