About the role

The role is to design and deliver change programs which may include cultural change, behavioural change, transformational and/or BAU change.

Responsibilities

  • The role is responsible for stakeholder engagement and communication, supporting the execution of the change management, communication and training plans, as well as analyse change requirements.
  • Prepare change management documentation and communication material as required to support successful implementation.
  • Prepare detailed and thorough reports
  • Stakeholder Engagment to develop workable action plans.

Skills and experience

  • Procurement experience is Preffered
  • Experience in deivering change management advice and BAU environments
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Able establish and maintain strong relationships and influence others
  • Extensive experience managing change initiatives
  • Team player and able to work collaboratively
