About the role
Join our team to lead change management efforts for new ICT initiatives, driving strategy development, stakeholder engagement, and training implementation. Responsibilities
- Lead change management activities to develop a strategy supporting the adoption of changes for new ICT initiatives.
- Manage core change management activities including communications, stakeholder engagement, and training.
- Assess change impact, readiness, and stakeholder involvement to ensure user readiness.
Skills and experience
- Extensive experience in Organisational Change Managemen, particularly in complex transformation projects.
- Proficiency in leading change across cultural, structural, policy, process, and technological domains.
- Familiarity with various IT project delivery models such as Prince2 and Agile, including working with third-party vendors.
