As the UX UI Specialist, you will use your best practice expertise, research and analysis skills, and customer-centric approach to develop, design and continuously improve experience across a range of user platforms including website, app and social media.
The key deliverables this role will be required to complete include:
- Build prototypes in Figma using company's Design System for new website content.
- Write documentation and implementation guide for Adobe Experience Manager component build.
- Support the quality assurance and review of Adobe Experience Manager componentry as part of the development cycle.
- Provide consultancy to content strategists to align new website content with user-centric experiences.
Capabilities and experience required
- 1 - 2 years in a similar role within digital marketing and experience of design across multiple platforms; web, mobile web, and native apps.
- Experience within government and/or a service-based organisation.
- Knowledge of best practice UX design principles and expertise across a combination of UX software such as Sketch, Axure, InVision, Adobe XD, Figma or equivalent.
- Experience developing UI documentation, understanding interactions and being able to articulate in detail design specifications
- A passion for driving and delivering an excellent customer experience, with a strong folio of usercentred design e.g., personas, customer journey mapping, wireframes, proto-types.
- A pro-active approach towards continuous improvement, learning and strategy
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for a range of internal and external stakeholders.
